Intelligence for your aquarium UPS, monitor voltage,  amperage and power consumption of your aquarium, plus you can easily configure  which outlets should be turned off in the event of a power outage, increasing efficiency  of your UPS.

This module will automatically enable the Failover mode functionalities for the outlets (a UPS is required), in addition to measuring voltage, current and energy consumption.

How it works?

  1. Connect the power input of the Failover module directly to the outlet (110V or 220V)
  2. Plug your UPS into the Failover module power output
  3. Connect the BUS cable of the Failover module to your Aquarino Controller.
  4. Restart Aquarino Controller so that it can detect some parameters and leave everything configured for you.

When the Failover Module detects a power surge or drop it will inform your Aquarium Controller  this anomaly and the system will go into Failover mode. Your aquarium controller will work normally, but only outlets that have Failover enabled can be activated by the aquarium controller.

The Failover module originally has 20A outlets, but  is designed for a maximum load of up to 30A,  in this case, it is necessary to replace the original 20A sockets with special sockets that support up to 30A.
